• Customers may cancel their reservation/booking 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

2. Cancellation Procedure:

• To cancel a reservation, customers must notify us via email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

3. Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellations made within the specified cancellation window may be subject to a cancellation fine of the total amount of the booking.

• In certain cases, such as force majeure, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy:

• Refunds for cancellations made within the cancellation window will be processed promptly, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, unless otherwise specified.

5. No-Show Policy:

• Failure to notify us of a cancellation or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

6. Exceptions:

• Certain bookings may be subject to different cancellation policies. Any exceptions to our standard cancellation policy will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

7. Modifications:

• We reserve the right to modify or update our cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
